**Space & Stage**
* Either know the space or are fast learners that can put in the work and have the brain power to get up to speed.
* Are stage fits with the maturity of the venture.(0 to .5, .5 to 1, etc.)
**Role**
* Know the ins and outs of their role and adjacent roles both operationally + what good, great and done look like.
* Are capable of staying within the bounds of their role.
**In Relation to Others**
* Are relationship forward, putting people first acting as strong, open, honest communicators.
* Are good at understanding and clarifying others' strengths, weaknesses, intentions & motivations.
**In Relation to Self**
* Are emotionally healthy: centered and constructive around change & conflict.
* Know and accept their own limitations, often as a result of being receptive to feedback.
