Project - executes on a predefined set of tasks grouped together as a project and complete them largely unaided.
Project Management - can design a set of tasks that implement a pre-defined solution.
Program Management / Project Definition - can consider a variety of solutions to a problem, choose the best solution, and flesh out that solution.
Here's a problem. Here's "on paper" what a solution is. The project is taking a proposed solution and build it into reality.

Multi-Program Management - can consider multiple problems, prioritize the most important problems to be solved, and design systems or programs to solve these problems.
Ability to see true "root" causes.
Systems-level thinker.
Enterprise - I have no idea because I'm no good at this level. I can't even describe it.
Strategist, understands all the parts of the enterprise.
Don't necessarily understand things as a system.
Multi-Enterprise - Elon Musk? I don't even know. This is galaxies above my effective level.
