# Declarative Programming
The next logical step from Airtable is not better Airtable. It's a declarative programming language for web applications that allows you to stand up new systems from configuration files.
- Fully customizable (bypass the DSL)
- Well-tested components that can be assembled together
- Visual editor for putting things together
This is needed if we are to truly empower the world to build, together.
